● How to create email accounts in Plesk?
To create new email account, follow the steps given below.

Step 1: Login to Plesk control panel.



Step 2: Under Mail tab, select Create Email Address.



Step 3: Create Email Address page opens. Click on create Email address.
Step 4: Type the Email address and click ok.





Step 5: You are done.



● How to change Email Account Password?
To change password for the email accounts, proceed with the steps given below.

Step 1: Login to Plesk control panel



Step 2: Click on the Mail tab.
Step 3: From the list of email accounts, click on the email account for which you want to change the password.
Step 4: Provide the new password in the Password field and retype the same password under Confirm password field. Click OK to save the changes.



You will get an alert message once after changing the mail password.

● How to delete or remove email accounts from Plesk panel?
To remove the email account permanently from the Plesk control panel follow the steps given below.

Step 1: Login to Plesk control panel



Step 2: Click Mail tab.
Step 3: Click on the check box near the respective mail account you want to delete and click Remove.
Step 4: Click Yes to remove the mail address.



Step 5: You will shown with the alert message for the deleted email account.

● How to set up email forwarding in Plesk Panel?
To auto forward email service from one mail to an other mail follow the steps given below.

Step 1: Login to the Plesk control panel.



Step 2: Under Mail click on Email Addresses.
Step 3: From the list of email addresses, click on the required mail address from which you going to forward mail to another mail.
Step 4: In the resulting page, click Forwarding tab.



Step 5: Enable Switch on mail forwarding check box and type the email addresses followed by one below the other.

You can also leave a single space between the email addresses or separate them using commas or semicolons. Then click OK.



Now the mail from the particular email id "demo@test.com" will be forwarded to the given email address.

● How to delete email forwarding in Plesk Panel?
Step 1: Login to control panel.



Step 2: Under Mail click on Email Addresses.
Step 3: From the list of email addresses, click on the required mail address from which you going to forward mail to another mail.
Step 4: In the resulting page, click Forwarding tab.
Step 5: Click Forwarding tab. Uncheck Switch on mail forwarding and click OK.



Mail forwarders for the respective email account will be removed as shown in the below image.

● How to access webmail in parallel plesk?
In plesk control panel, you can directly access the webmail using the URL. To access the webmail follow the steps given in the below image.

Step 1: Login to the Plesk control panel.



Step 2: Click Mail in the main menu and select the "webmail icon" present at the far right end for the respective email address.



Step 3: In the address bar enter webmail.domain.com
Step 4: Provide the Username and Password. Click Login to access the webmail.
● How to enable Auto reply for an email address in Plesk?
Auto-Reply option is used to send the automatic replies for the incoming mails. To set auto-reply for a mail account follow the steps given below.

Step 1: Login to Plesk control panel.



Step 2: Click Mail tab and select the email address for which you want to set the auto-reply.
Step 3: Click Auto-Reply tab and enable Switch on auto-reply check box.



Step 4: Provide the Auto-reply Subject, Message Format, Message to be sent, email address to which you going to set auto-responder and the due date. Click OK.



Auto-reply will be activated for the specified email address with the alert message as shown in the below image

● How to disable Auto reply for an email address in Plesk?
Steps to Follow

Step 1: Login to Plesk Control Panel.
Step 2: Click Mail tab and select the email address for which you want to disable the auto-responder.
Step 3: Uncheck Switch on auto-reply check box.



Auto-reply for the particular email contact will be disabled with the alert message.

● How to create mailing list?
Steps to Follow

Step 1: Login to Plesk Control Panel.
Step 2: Click Mail tab and select “Mailing list”



Step 3: Click on “Create mailing list”.



Step4: Complete the required fields with valid details; under subscribe section you can add the email

Addresses which you wish to add in mailing list and click on ok.



After successful creation of mailing list you will get the message window as shown below.

● Email Antivirus
Antivirus service blocks email messages that contain viruses and notifies both the sender and the recipient about it. Can set the antivirus for Email address as follows:

Step 1: Login to Plesk Control Panel.
Step 2: Click Mail tab and select email ID for which antivirus is to be set.



Step 3: Check the tab “Switch on antivirus protection for this email address” as shown below



When antivirus is updated successfully for the given Email ID it will display the message given below.
